1. Overview
At Pahadi Food, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We prepare every item with love and care using authentic Uttarakhandi ingredients.
Since our products are freshly made snacks and beverages, returns are generally not accepted once an order is delivered.
However, we do offer refunds or replacements in specific cases as described below.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement only if:
✅ You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
✅ The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
✅ An item was missing from your order.
Requests that do not meet these conditions (like change of taste preference, ordering by mistake, etc.) are not eligible for refund or replacement.
3. How to Raise a Refund or Replacement Request

Once verified by our quality team, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.
4. Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are credited through the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is applicable, we’ll arrange a re-delivery of the corrected item at no extra cost.

Replacement time may vary depending on your delivery location and product availability.

Replacements are subject to verification and product stock.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins.

Once the item is cooked or packed, cancellation is not possible.

If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Freshly prepared snacks (e.g., Dhindhka, Badeel, Sona Aaloo, Sidku, Indrai, Askali, Chaats etc.)

Shakes, Squashes, and Coffee

Combos or customized party orders

8. Late or Missing Refunds
